How Do We Clean Rugs?

Once booked, we will send our fully qualified fabric cleaning specialist to undertake the cleaning. Upon arrival, the technician inspects the fabric of the rug and, if needed, conduct a fibre identification test. They may also measure the pH of the rug’s fabric to decide which chemicals will be best for the cleaning. The technician will also inspect the fabric for damage, scuffs, marks, particular stains, and colour fastness (also known as colour bleeding).
